Making use of the latest Piano Motifs update to allow bpm down to 1 !
…here it’s is running at about 1 to 2 bpm.
Lots of Decent Sampler, a hint of Roli Noise and a soupçon of BeatHawk.
Effects are MidiEcho, TB Reverb, Velvet Machine, FAC Alteza, LRC7, Rozeta Scaler, Loch Awe Filter, Mix Box and Flux Mini 2.

Sweet!
serene and mystical. that is a beautiful piece. the second half mood is exceptional.
This is lovely and somewhat Christmassy!
Very peaceful and serene. When Fernando mentioned 1 bpm, I started thinking about all the cool possibilities. I’m pretty sure I have the latest version, but can’t seem to go below 20 bpm. Can you tell me how you did that?
Many thanks @lasselu , @jo92346 , @sevenape and @Paulieworld 👍
There are two ways Paul…
The sneaky way is to use the beta version of AUM which Jonatan has already said has ‘AUv3 plugin clock divider/multiplier setting’ and which Piano Motifs can make use of.
The way to do it without this is to press the Sync button on PM which decouples it from the Host clock and lets you dial a BPM in all the way down to 1. Let me know if you need any help 😊
Thanks @GeoTony. That’s amazing. It took a few minutes to figure it out, but that’s a very cool technique. Can’t wait to try it!
@GeoTony, always making great use of PM’s new features! Music to relax and dream…
BPM=1? That means a quarter note lasts a minute. An 8th = 30 seconds.
With those options I could stand 4 on the floor and not notice that bass/drum punishment.
That’s a pretty unique feature. It creates a nice tonal wash of sound in you hands. Those free Decent Sampler instruments are great along with the ROLI sound packs in Noise.
Great!
Loved the gentle roll down until the gong / bell sound at 5:35 or thereabouts. Really relaxing to be a Sloth
So Velvet Machine + FAC Alteza + Piano Motifs at 1bpm is definitely a combination I need to try! You really do come up with the most ingenious ways of using apps and the results are so good.
I could've sworn I left a comment. This piece is truly sublime with the evolving textures and sounds. Very lovely and relaxing.
I dunno…this seems like at least 3 bpm to me.🙂
Seriously though, this is a fine piece of work.
I agree with everyone else, this is serene, peaceful, sublime, ... and I love that 1/16th note run at the end.
Nice! I love this type of evolving ambient!
