Ableton Note. It's designed by Ableton, and you can continue the project on your PC.
Koala, Ampify Groovebox, Gadget 2, allow for Ableton export.
Synthmaster 1 or Synthmaster 2 exists if you want to use as a plugin. But apps like Butter Synth, Animoog Z, and a few others are excellent iOS synths.
But i'll say this. Find what works for you. EDM is for Electronic Dance Music. There isn't a rule that says you need to use specific synths.
Waldorf Microwave.
Waldorf Blofeld will be a no-brainer when it eventually drops...
+1
And Synthmaster 3 coming next year to iOS.

I'm a bit torn regarding Synthmaster 3, It all depends on how well the touch UI works and how 'fun' it is to tweak, even though Synthmaster 2 has loads of great sounds it's a total pita and un-fun to tweak compared to some other synths...
I find a lot of the Bleass apps really good in this context, especially Megalit. Then don’t forget the rhythmic processors… Perforator, Koshiba, etc.
Korg Gadget seems purpose-built for EDM.
Gadget should have your EDM covered. Recife alone is a beast EDM machine. You should upgrade to Gadget 3 and use the instruments in AUM. There's this YouTuber, nervouspimp or nervousjim or something- he records into his iPad a lot and he talks about the best gear/software to use. Will see if I can find it.
