And to think I bought it at intro price, thinking it wouldn’t go on sale since it had just been released…😠
You mean Zodiak Echo by Yonac, right? Yeah jeez that's a really good deal, surprised they'd put it at fire sale price just after releasing haha
This one will go fast!
Also Termix Pro and YouPlay full unlock both FREE (same dev)!
Anyone know if the data trackers still exist in AppRaven full?
Yeah sorry this is sorta typical of Yonac, ime. Call it "price of admission"... or "initiation" even. We've all been there, if it helps you feel better.
Audio Evolution Mobile Studio bringing up the rear for a surprise finish! That's it, I'm out! Time to put all these toys to good use!
That is exactly what has kept me from using App Raven. I don't know the answer, but I don't see why it would make a difference - the dev has attempted to justify it in response saying it's not uncommon, but that doesn't work for me
Me too. Actually a bit peeved off about this, so probably my last Yonac purchase.
It's a stupid thing to do, as it destroys customer trust in any future intro deals. Lesson learned.
I mean it came out a month ago. How long are devs supposed to wait before discounting, a year or so? Why wouldn’t they do a Black Friday discount still?
In Matthew’s gospel, Jesus tells the story of a man who hires some day workers. He pays them all the same amount, a denarius, whether they work all day or just a few hours. When someone complains, the man replies, “Friend, I am doing you no wrong; did you not agree with me for a denarius? Take what belongs to you and go; I choose to give to this last the same as I give to you. Am I not allowed to do what I choose with what belongs to me? Or are you envious because I am generous?”
I don’t know Yonac or whether he was thinking of this story when he put his apps on sale for Thanksgiving.
Because intro pricing is meant to be a special deal for early adopters - which usually entails an element of free bug testing, as is the case with this one (not fixed).
It benefits customers, and developers.
If developers are going to slash intro deals a few weeks later by another 50%, then it will make some customers (obviously not you), hesitate.
Most developers don’t include new releases in their sales.
Developers are free to price their apps any way they choose. Similarly, customers are free to purchase from any developer they trust, who isn’t going to slash pricing by half, of the ‘special deal’ they purchased a couple of weeks previously.
From the gospel of Oldsynthguy, chapter 2.
Hey, @catbox !!!

Thanks @daddyfalldown! And yeah - just saw it! Sometimes with a little patience you actually get what you wish for! :-)
Dev has just confirmed, "With Pro version all ads, data trackers, and analytics are disabled."
Wow, 2nd time it's ever gone on sale, apparently.
Unexpected, and thanks for confirming, worth considering
@oldsynthguy you’ve paid for the use for the time since it has gone on sale. It was worth it to you then…I know it stings - however the value shouldn’t change simply because it’s on sale now.
You’re missing the point. If developers are going to slash intro deals in half just a few weeks after promoting them, people will be wary of buying into them, diluting the impact of a new release.
I don’t have infinite funds for my hobby, but I’m not crying over missing out on saving a few quid. I’ll just have to think twice when the next ‘limited time introductory offer!!’ pops up, that’s all.
Anyway, let’s stop derailing the thread and get back to the proper sales.
Sorry for OT, but can someone check the Sniper Elite 4 iap price for me? AppRaven is showing it as on sale, but it’s not showing for me. I wonder if it wasn’t on sale in the UK, or if they’ve ended it before today.

No matter what happens, let's all be grateful to be alive. To make music. We all are doing this as a hobby and perhaps on super tight budgets. But in my humble opinion, let's be grateful 🙏 remember, our brothers paying 15X more on the desktop side. We are blessed to get these low prices. It happens to me too. But I like to see things in a positive way. I lose here, but I gain there. I paid a lot for X app, but I saved a lot for B app. That's how it goes. Make music, and make your heart glad and those around you. It will do well for your soul.
Above all, give thanks for being blessed and alive to make music.
Exactly …very well said!
I always wonder why the iOS versions are so much cheaper. Typically they have the same exact features as the desktop version.
Is it just me, or comments like "OMG, XXX is only $Y.YY?!" usually mean I'm about to spend $Y.YY? 🤣
I trust Yonac. The guy is a solid developer and musician. As far as anyone paying for something that soon after dropped in price, that’s just the nature of competition. He either earns your dollars during this once a year cutthroat season or he doesn’t.
Massive Sales! Will add specifics later!
