I open it up occasionally, it is fun, probably the best setting/implementation of their Moog and Prophet emulations.
And its cool to run 8 iMPC or iMPC Pro 2s in one host. One can play separately with note repeat, 16 levels and with what the call the Flux Link on each instance (Flux link has the live tapestop and filter effects) Something that I particularly enjoy though not with 8 at once…
The basic kit is free (the above devices are bought separately and operate outside the app)
fun can be had with the free version alone, the modular routing can make some interesting stuff happen (resampling, live sampling etc…)

These channels are invaluable tools for not only seeing and hearing an app in action, but learning how to use them, and showing use cases.
I almost added a few granular apps like Bleass Granulator (fx), Mono Granulator (fx),
FRMS, Spacecraft, Audio Damage Quanta, there’s a decent amount of granular synths available, oh yea, Fluss is great. 4Pockets WaveCloud. However I thought that’s a bit Different and will make a long list, lol.

Worth pointing out… I already have “Classic”, so the bundle would cost me $45. That’s a savings of $15 on Rubato alone. Tempting, but I dunno. I can’t argue with Devs charging what they feel their app is worth and Alexandernaut obviously put a lot into Rubato. But I have to be honest with myself when considering an app and weigh the cost against the likelihood that I’ll actually learn it and use it enough. Heck, I’ve only scratched the surface with Classic.
