DRC was free for a long time but needed the synth engine unlocked to adjust any parameters. It’s probably in the store on the left hand side column.

One of the apparent “quirks”/Apple CBAs I’ve noticed with the App Store is that obsolete IAPs remain listed in the app details…

Same. Mine is AU$50 despite buying the first 2 on release. Is it possible to remove the "Complete My Bundle" option and have the bundle only for new buyers? Maybe he did that?

I still have and use the original OB all the time. I wanted to upgrade, but since my iPad is aging and I’m saving to get a new one at some point I’ve been holding off on the updated version, and Discovery. Plus the first OB works on iPhone and the new one doesn’t.

I have the original OB AU and absolutely h8 it. It doesn't sound anything like the new one. It's so harsh, imo. Maybe I'm choosing the presets wrong. lol

I was wondering how the two compare. I like the original…but it doesn’t really sound very OB-ish to me

Maybe? Or maybe just personal preference?

Do you go into the banks, and look through all of them. I like the pads bank a lot. There is a lot of presets, a lot of banks filled with presets. Imo it has a lot of sound options but I usually use it for pads. I only do a small amount of tweaking if needed. I mostly use patches with that one. I will get the new one once the new iPad arrives, tbd.
