Cubasis Midi Input: Can multiple tracks receive from one source?
I want to use Cubasis Midi input to receive chords from my chords track on multiple instrument tracks. However, setting a Midi input to the chords track seems to disable other tracks midi input.
Is there any way to route midi from one track to multiple other tracks?

Under routing you can select to output to another track. I didn’t test whether it would work for your use case though.
I have used what @wim pointed out to route one track to multiple tracks. I only did a proof of concept to see how it worked, didn't use in an actual project.
My test project had three tracks, Track 1 had 4Pockets Progressions generating chords in the 'Midi Effects' slot. Then output of Track 1 was routed to Track 2. Track 2 output was routed to Track 3. In this way the midi generated in Track 1 was sent to both Track 2 and 3. Albeit it's not sent directly to both tracks from Track 1. It's a daisy chain arrangement, like (in the old days) you might have had with DIN Midi cables using Midi Thru on hardware. Like I said, I haven't made use of it in actual project.
Also, iirc there was something screwy with routing, I think if I muted Track 2 then the midi would not be routed/daisychained thru, midi would stop at first track that was muted. I also wasn't sure what the 'MIDI THRU' button did, because it seemed to work fine whether that was engaged or not.
I also found video demos of a couple workarounds using plugins with multiple outputs that might work better than the above. In both of these, they work around not being able to route a track's Midi Output directly to multiple other tracks. They do this by having plugins on the track that themselves generate multiple outputs (which Cubasis supports), each of which can be routed directly to one other track. At least I think that's how both of these worked.
This first video uses 4Pockets Layers plugin, the second 4Pockets Helium (the guy who did second video also has video demo'ing multiple outputs from Drambo plugin in Cubasis, which might be slightly different?):
@wim yeah it only goes to one track, even if you use midi Input on different tracks
@hes Thankyou for this information. Appreciate all of that info!
I can confirm it works if you use 4Pockets Midi Layers app.
Weirdly it seems as though you can select the same "PORT" on multiple tracks but you can't select the same "TRACK" on multiple tracks using the Midi Input dialog on track routing.
