Feel the Love (a very special release)
We just dropped a new Ep in time for Valentine’s Day called Feel the Love. About a year ago I was missing my wife Dana after we had separated the previous year. I took two works in progress our daughter had started and used them as a rough foundation for two instrumentals , “Happily Ever After “ and “Paradise “. Dana and I reconciled in November and here we are.
Contains : “Happily Ever After” which uses Nambu , LaGrange, LaPlace and Mersenne pretty heavily (yes those are custom patches)
“Luv Luv Luv” - written by our bandmate Dino and featuring me on backup vocals and one of the synth parts (using King of Digital)
And “Paradise”, which is Speldosa, Mersenne, Pure Upright, and Mellowsound.
Happy listening !

I really enjoyed all three tracks, but I really loved "Happily Ever After" and "Paradise" the most. Guess I'm more into instrumental and Ambient works of that nature, which is my current taste. Who knows if I'll prefer "Luv Luv Luv" later on in this year though. I often go through phases of using different DAWs, or producing different genres, etc. 😅
Glad you enjoyed it…. I put a lot of love into the arrangements… in fact Paradise kind of choked me up when I was working on it . Those were Jay’s piano chords and we had tried this a few years ago , but i rearranged it to be more a mournful type trip
