How do I search this forum?
the search box on the forum's main page does a Google search. How do I search just the forum topics?

That's how.
the google search is shorthand for searching any site for a specific phrase.
In the google searchbox: foobar site:anysite.com
will search anysite.com for 'foodbar'. The search box here on the form just makes short work of that. There are other google searchbox tricks like
intitle: midi
will only return results with midi in the page title.

Ha! Ha! Thanks syrupcore. I didn't even notice at first that all the search results were from the forum. I just thought it was a general Google search of the the whole internet.
