Korg volca sample app no audiobus??

edited October 2014 in General App Discussion

Ok so I'm a little shocked that the new volca sample app only records from the mic! Why doesn't it have an audiobus input to record all the great stuff from our apps?

Even audiopaste would be enough..

I guess we will be limited to recording the output from one ios device to the record in of another ios device (recording the line in into the korg volca sample app).

I just never use iTunes file share anymore.

Dammit korg I would even be happy with Dropbox support and audioshare :(

Audioshare was meant to be in there instead of audio paste, but I screwed up the poll the first time, deleted it and re-did it and just realized I forgot audioshare (was meant to be part of the audioshare/audiopaste/audiocopy option. Doh!..
Can't change it now so might just delete the poll.

  • awww. if it makes you feel better, Korg probably wouldn't have listened anyway...? =\

  • True that.. Ah well

Though they did listen to a lot of user requests for Gadget in recent updates, it's worth a try.

That's a very good point -- they did finally add Landscape mode to Gadget!

For the record I'd vote for all of 'em but if only one is permitted it'd have to be Audiobus
