Fantastic! Was NOT ready for that! I’m 72 and still rapping, lol
Indeed Very inspiring. I’ll turn 50 in may and this is a reminder to keep it up 😃.
Doing an 11 minute dark rave track as a 67 year old is awesome. And a lot of creative idears too 🤘🏼👍🏼❤️
Surco is also significantly over 50 (no idea how much exactly) and still is very active techno producer, playing live shows .. great guy, lot of dope stuff on YT.

Thankfully you're not making boyband music 😁😁
Well, techno has been a thing for 35+ years.
Going back that far, this is like being surprised that someone who was into psychedelic rock in 1965 was still into psychedelic rock in 1995.
Techno is the classic rock of our era. LOL.
Edit fail.
I’m 50. Electro, techno, hiphop ya don’t stop. An iPad and a decent set of cans in the nursing home and I’ll be set right up.
That was my first thought lol, techno is a good chunk of decades away from being the preserve of the young.
I'm in my early 50s now, more like my 40s really, with an inner 10 year old still there too. Health permitting, I see no reason why I wouldn't be doing music at 67, and I should have started years ago. Nothing to see here :-)
Lolol!
Age 52. Drum and bass mad. Brought an MPC one + and polyend tracker mini in the last 6 months. There is no age limit to this beat making game. Stay strong and stay healthy
I’m in my 60’s. I bought my first synth nearly 50 years ago because I wanted access to the new, weird sounds they could make. And I haven’t stopped lusting after the latest new thing ever since, whether it’s software or hardware (though mostly software these days, as it’s so much cheaper!).
If you’ve grown up with the desire to create music and experiment with the latest available kit, it doesn’t die out just because you’re getting older.
In my case, it’s probably got worse. Thank Cribbins for affordable apps!
🤘😝
I'm more amazed that he's using cheap plastic computer speakers for his monitors!
Me, too, also 72!
I'm 69... and a half. Really enjoyed this. I've been in a creative slump for a while. This gives me some new ideas.
56 here. I make music. I DJ Tech House, Techno, even Dubstep (not a big fan though but the kids love it). I’ve done festivals. I don’t make any money from it. As long as I live, in my head I’ll still be the teenager growing up in the 80s, the dawn of modern electronic music.
I just don’t recognize the guy in the mirror.
Radness.... that was awesome. 54 here (in a week), and still making weird noise/dark ambient/what-not.
I hope this guy has grandchildren who think he is the best
@tubespace I think they are a pair of iLoud Monitors😊
I’d love to say it was a great watch but he might just as well be ‘playing’ the demo and waving his fingers to it.
Kudos for the enthusiasm though!
+1.

My grandniece shares his enthusiasm!
That's adorable! What's the keyboard?
That’s precious @MrStochastic.
Every time she comes over, my 18 month-old granddaughter points to my home office/studio room and says “dance! dance!” She loves pressing colorful buttons and banging on the Circuit Tracks and SP404.
She means business. Sorry, don't know the keyboard off hand.
She'll soon be making some sick beats.
What’s the polyend tracker do that the MPC doesn’t do?
