Great video on sound design
I randomly came across this video and found it extremely informative, and it was also made in a creative fun way. It covers a lot more when it comes to sound design than its title would suggest. Just figured someone else here might be interested in it too.

FWIW: he has an equally good video (+ a follow-up for that) for snare sound design, that does the same thing, i.e. highlighting that the most important thing with sound design is not the tool or the technicality of how you reach a specific sound, but more importantly, that you can identify what it is that actually creates a specific sound.
