Loopy Pro in Drambo (Multi Out/Loopy Scene Start with pads)
Maybe someone insterested for this basic but nicely working Loopy Pro setup inside Drambo.
A scene based Loopy Pro preset inside Drambo. 16 Scenes with pad trigger. 8 separated outputs for 8 Loopy Pro tracks.
- Track: Loopy Pro AU. Scene programming with Drambo sequncer. Instrument instance for recording directly to Loopy Pro. (Scene Start From C3, D3, E3 and so on...)
- -9. Track: The 8 individual outputs of 8 Loopy Pro columns.

I couldn't find the right way to export Loopy AU preset (8 tracks, 16 Scenes) So here is a Drambo rack where you can open, then save inside Loopy Pro AU.

Oooh. Thanks. I generally use Drambo inside Loopy Pro but always think about how I'd do it the other way around. I will definitely give this a look. 👍🏼
I also used Drambo in Loopy Pro.
Now, its more straightforward for me.
Just hold down C2 or C3 and place it on the first step.
At the next Drambo sequence, place D3 for first step.
This way you can build up Loopy Scenes into Drambo Scenes combined with the auv3 instruments.
Well. There's today's entertainment sorted!
Thanks for the jump-start.
Thanks @arnou, i too use LP inside Drambo, with returns coming back to drambo, so that i may use drambo to sequence LP like you.
I will check yours out, it may be cleaner than mine. ( Probably is)
Sounds like it works. Great!!
I had a very active three days with Drambo. So let me share an other useful Drambo stuff for Pure Acid users.
You can browse presets while you hear only the drums or the bassline. Originally there are only bass+drum combined presets.

I just got around to trying it. Very cool and is working well.
I like how you used Koala as a file browser. I was using the files app in slide-over mode before I read your notes.
I think I might try a layers mixer based approach to see about fitting it all into one track, but having the separate tracks might well end up being better.
You describe the foundation of my current Drambo template. I look forward to trying the one shared here.
Only thing to watch for Layers is if you need to tap any particular module output from outside the layer container, they’re not accessible.
Coincidentally, I also make use of Koala for certain resampling, but i never thought to use it as a sample browser? I’m curious to see exactly what is meant by this.
I love Koala inside drambo because Flexi allows you to sample precisely to whatever beats, and then you can simply drag and drop the recording to any other Flexi module or Koala pad.
I was pleased to discover this same behavior still exists within Grooverider 2, especially since there currently is no drag n drop in GR2 for its own native sampler.
I have a multilayer rack version here

I couldn't find any native kind auv3 sample browser. Browse and preview and cloud access.... only Koala cand do it.
Although there is an app called Sample Crate where you can drag&drop multiple samples . It works with Koala, and Loopy also. But its a "slide over" thing.
Flexi Sampler works well except when you need to use transpose the audio.
The only thing why i have a multichannel Loopy Au version in Drambo that i suppose with AUM you can't record separately with the layers. ....if you would plan to drop channels of finished track into Ableton Live eg.
