Very impressive and extra so from a person who understands nada of those boxes. How much work from start till you start recording the video, hours, days?
A solo function
Random option in the arpeggiator
Man its too tempting! I’m either grabbing the DN2 or saving up for a real moog model D.
But i just got the DT2, and I’m having a great time using it with the OG DN, its just that four track limit that is killing me… and using the sound pool to add in sounds per step gets annoying and over whelming… so just the 16 tracks on the 2 seems worth it alone.
What’s your favorite machine on the dn2??? Or favorite new feature??
not much, probably 5-6 hours ? max 10 ..
well, with DN1 it always felt to me that i almost doesn’t need any other external synth - it can sound soo much analog-like. Only problem
for me was 4-tracks limit, so that’s why in many cases I combined it with other external synths…
This is obviously not the case anymore :-)
16 tracks definitely ! It’s killer feature, moved usability to completely new dimension..
All machines are great for sure, but my favouritenis still the OG original one :-)) Not that other aren’t that good, they all are perfectly designed and highly usable, but simply i used old one too long so it integrates perfectly with my brain :-))
I like all that goodness they put into DT2 and now they implemented it also to DN2 - new filters, third LFO (massive detail for synth !!), configurable sidechain, 128 steps pattern,…
