Yes, I use Roland Zenbeats for all my recording needs, coupled with some hardware such as mic, an audio interface and MIDI- controllers. I also have a small analog synth but it doesn’t get much use, software synths are now on such a level no-one can really tell the difference when listening. For a while now I have put stuff up on my little hobby YouTube-channel called Flatland Circuitry- music with an iPad and it’s all based on Zenbeats, of course with the addition of all the great AUv3s (synths, tools and FX) on the iOS platform which are readily available inside of Zenbeats.
I ditched NS2 when audio tracks never came and started using Zenbeats instead, and I clicked with the app right away. It is a hidden gem, loaded with stuff and for all practicality a fully working DAW with AUv3 support and audio tracks. It is actively developed by Roland for both mobile and desktop and @MatthewAtZenbeats regularly chimes in here to get feedback for the iOS version. I try to help and boost Zenbeats when and where I can, IMO it is a great app!
