CSGrain 1.3 compatibility and performance
Hi,
I've had my eye on CSSpectral for a while - but after reading comments on its performance I'm not convinced it'll work on my old iPad2. So I'm interested in buying CSGrain instead, which I'm hoping would probably work better on an older device, and seems to have most of the features found in CSSpectral.
Can anyone confirm this works in the current version of AB, and if it works ok with iOS7 and 8? It'd also be nice to know how it performs resource-wise, as I have to keep an eye on CPU usage. I've checked the forum archive for info but there hasn't been much written about CSGrain for a few months, and the app was updated just over a week ago to version 1.3.
Also does it work in the AB effects slot in the same way that other effects do (e.g. Turnado)? They list 'Audiobus filter port added', but I'm wondering if this is the only 'live' effect via AB....if so it wouldn't be of great interest to me.
Thanks!
