Can you edit clips inside the SEQ window in Loopy Pro.

I am trying to just simply edit what I have recorded inside a sequence. However if I move the start or end of a clip, it is not allowing me to cut. I can only move the start or end leaving the audio and pulling the loop forward or backward. I also can only select a whole section, not able to separate the clips. If I am missing something, please let me know

  • That’s how it works.

  • That would be a nice feature. Worthy of posting to the roadmap site if something like it isn't already there.

It would need to be saved as a new clip though or it would screw up any other instances of that clip in the timeline.

  • Thanks you two. This is my first day on the forum. Great to get the responses. Love this app but there are a few limitations that I cannot get my head around.

Fwiw, it would be possible to set up dividing a clip into multiple events without creating a new clip. You can accomplish that now by creating two clip events and moving one event’s end point earlier and the other’s beginning later.
