Drambo question

Trying to use a midi fx as the sequencer instead of the main.

How come midi fx can recieve midi if placed after au's, that need to be sequenced but then not send midi to the au's.

If I place the mfx before the au's, the mfx dosent recieve midi.

All while a controller is routed ?

All signal flow goes top to bottom, left to right. If you place the midi FX after the app, it has no way to flow back "up stream". You can use a midi feedback module to make that sperm swim upstream, but then you will have to be careful not to create a midi loop.

If I place the mfx before the au's, the mfx dosent recieve midi.

Receive midi from what? From the controller? From the track? From the AU being sequenced?

    Thanks.

    Dont worry for now.

Its seemingly ( guessing myself ) An issue only dev can fix and update via app store, soon.

    This issue is this wim.

Iv been tinkering with Drambo since release but setting up a midi fx like in AUM, is too cryptic.

2 keyboards route to mfx, then output to synths. The usual.

I just cant work out how to make the same in Drambo.

I can get midi from seperate keyboards through mfx and to synths, plus get recorded midi to the mfx on the correct channels. Its just it then dosent midi out from the mfx sequences, unless I connect tracks midi sockets to mfx midi sockets. Then midi is sending on incorrect or all channels, like all the midi channels you choose throughout the system, is bypassed.

Beepstreet says its because its connected via module and via a background mode, which I dont understand.
