Is it possible to record directly into Blocs Wave from AUM?

Or if not what are people using now that Audiobus has been spooked?

  • I think Audiobus is OK now. They removed the 3rd party trackers and made it so those who bought it before it went subscription can still use it. It might still have a problem working without internet, but that may have been fixed as well.

I don't use it any more, but that's the status as far as I know.

  • Blocs is IAA - so you should be able load it as IAA instrument in AUM and record that channel.

  • Thanks @wim. Is there any other options that anyone is aware of?
I think I’m right in saying that AUM isn’t one of them - is that right?

It’s recording into Blocs Wave that I’m looking at - as opposed to recording its output. So I’m wanting to route the sound into Blocs Wave.
I want to make use of this -

It looks as though Audiobus is the only option. Surely not? I’ll just resort to that I think since wim has given it the all clear if there is nothing else to consider.
I always have trouble navigating Audiobus though. It’s just too much backwardy forwardy, multiple taps & scratching at the side trying to get where I want quickly.
