zMors Modular - New App
I love modular synths and this looks brilliant.

Me too. Awesome find. Instabuy.
Beautiful interface.. I think I'll wait for a bit to hear more from users here though. As a rule of thumb, I tend to stay away from anything that emulates 'analog' in software.
Edit: Looks like it can send up to 8 audio or CV channels to compatible hardware through usb! Interested now! Would like to know more on how to set this up!
Controls are a little funky for me. Needs a stylus, but all the configs can be typed in. Absolutely gorgeous sounds.
Edit. Needs AudioBus, but the IAA works well so far. Ok, so clicking on the red button on a module brings up controls. Much easier. See pict.
How does this compare to Audulus ?
Audulus is more powerful. As one example, the math nodes in both apps. In Audulus you can write your own equations, in Modular you can't, not that I can see. The math seems to be built in. In Modular it feels like I'm going to run out of screen room pretty quickly, although building sub patches is possible. In Audulus sub patches can be designed pretty much however you'd like. In Audulus it's possible to zoom in and out, having as much screen room as possible. There are little things that separate the two. The step sequencer in Modular feels easier to use than the one built in Audulus. This feels like a very good intro into the world of Audulus. Modular does sound very good.
Agree with @ArcaneScreams here. The inability to zoom is a real shame, it's going to be easy to run out of real estate. Still, early days.

@thinds There are little funky things, but this is a pretty good app for a first release. At least we can copy/paste macros from one patch to another. I can rename a macro inside it, but the name does not show up on the main screen? Definitely need more space.
Does sound good though eh?
It does. This is a good purchase. I do like this app; I'm not complaining. The 'soundscape' patch has good advice on getting closer to analog sound. Also, building everything inside a macro first and saving that as a patch helps.
Does modular sound better than audulus?
Missed that - already has macros. +10.
