Something new from Audio Damage?

Some sort of looper app.

Comments

  • Always good to see anything new from AD.

  • Yea a 6 channel Looper. Looks cool and apparently coming pretty soon.

  • I hope it doesn't suffer from the poor crossfades that Enso does - Enso is basically unusable for much sustained input, I find. Gauss is better for that stuff, but has its own drawbacks.

  • I foresee microscopic dials.

I don't remember thinking Audio Damage UIs have controls that are too small on iOS, do they? There are certainly far worse culprits when it comes to that on desktop ports!

  • Looks like we get a more streamlined workflow for layering 6 loops. Apart from that, and perhaps better crossfades, how would it differ from using 6x Ensos? Probably in improved stability B)

Axon and Discord have some very small dials in my opinion :#

  • Is there a release date yet?

I asked them on their discord they told me when it's done.

    Adam Schabtach then told me
"We don't have schedules as such. Believe me, though, that nobody wants this software to be released than we do. 🙂 We're getting close. Chris just verified that I fixed what we think is the last big (as in makes things crash) bug."
