Quantize note ends
I probably know the answer but I really hope I’m missing something. I fear it’s logic that’s missing something but I have to ask.
Is it even possible to quantize the ends of notes like you can in every other daw ever written? E.g. move note ends to, say, the nearest quarter note grid without a whole bunch hoop jumping or manually dragging individual notes.

I’m curious to know the answer to this… do any IOS DAW’s do this?
What I usually want is to nudge audio or MIDI forward or back in 10ms increments. Logic Pro on Mac supports that cool feature.
It’s relatively easy to fix note-lengths in LogicPro for iPad using the inspector, it’s also using the inspector notes are nudged back and forward tick by tick.
First 2 I looked at… CB3 and AE both have the option to quantize note ends. Even auvs like atom2 and helium do this.
To clarify, I’m talking about midi editing. Audio is a different thing. If you have say a track of chords where there are some whole notes and some half notes and you want all the note ends to line up at the the nearest half note grid mark, you just select everything and globally quantize lengths to half note. In the LP inspector you have to manually select each note and set them to one length or the other. There are partial workarounds using force legato and/or select by subposition but it’s tedious and imperfect.
I would add this to the lack of graphic velocity editing as major shortcomings. Odd that an app that is so advanced in so many ways is missing really basic functionality. Ahh well.
