Files app dialog not responding in Logic
If I open a file app dialog, eg. I click import in Oneshot, the file app overlay that loads doesn’t respond properly. I can scroll using the touchpad, but that’s about it. Can’t select any folders in the sidebar, can’t select any files. It’s very odd.
I’ve tried restarting Logic, and my iPad.
The files have a little circle on them as if I’m stuck in a selection mode or something.
Anyone seen this?
Comments
Are your files local (on the iPad) or in iCloud?
In this instance, iCloud
Are you online, and logged in with your Apple ID?
Yep.
The whole overlay is unresponsive apart from being able to scroll with the trackpad. Scrolling with touch doesn’t work. The only button that works is cancel
I’ve actually worked this out.
It’s only happening when the magic keyboard is attached. As soon as I disconnect it, touch allows me to do everything. With it connected, I can’t use touch or the trackpad to select the files or locations.
So bizarre, but at least I know now. It definitely hasn’t always been this way, but it’s been a while since I’ve used Logic.
I just checked, and it doesn’t happen in Loopy Pro for some reason, just Logic Pro.
Can anyone confirm this behaviour? I don’t even know how to submit a bug like this.
EDIT: I’ve just done my best to submit this using the Logic Pro feedback form.
