Separate Outputs for a Live Show

Good evening,

I usually work with 6 different colors, so ideally, I would send out each color to a separate output so the mixing engineer can adjust them independently.

Would the Motu M6 be sufficient with 4 main outputs + 2 headphone outs?

Or what kind of audio interface/mixer would be recommended if I also want to have the click track on my Headphones?
