i need help programming this synth sound on more human that human. it’s the lighter plucky snappy kind of rubber band sound.
I feel like it is a filter envelope? but I can’t figure it out

I’d say pulse into lowpass filter, fairly high resonance and cutoff to taste.
so set the adsr to have a sharp end ? and filter it? no envelope?
As you Said, it’s a plucky sound so short attack and decay, little sustain and release on the amp envelope. Do you have Pure Acid by any chance? Those types of sound are its bread and butter.
