  • I am giving a listen right now. The whole track is an amazing, chill smooth vibe. And that Hammond B3 solo is fucking amazing work! Did you use apps for the instruments, or multitrack recorded, or a combination therein? :) Which DAW?

  • That's Brian Auger on Hammond B3. The Real Deal. Combination of tracks/instruments. Cubase and Cubasis. Brian is an international treasure. First in England to own a Hammond B3. We (Tea) produced his last solo album as well.

    Thanks for the good words...

What an amazing job well done! The honour to produce Brian's solo album, just what? That's incredible mate. :)

And YES! Cubasis, my favourite! If I had a laptop/desktop, I'd probably use Cubase on that.

Oh yeah, I'll be digging into this on Spotify soon. Got a couple Facetime sessions with mates coming up in about 20 minutes, but once it's time to settle back down into art? Yepper, gonna dig into "Language of the Heart".

  • Great playing from everybody. The organ playing isn’t too overpowering either. I like the bass and rhythmic figures. Everything sounds good too. The cover art has some real depth to it! The Tea looks like it’s coming out of my screen.

  • Thanks, that’s the great bassist André Manga. Remi Kabaka is on talking drum and conga. He’s on McCartney’s “Bluebird”, on Band on the Run. Master percussionist…

  • Great track… I have a trajectory that goes something like Brain Auger > Julie Driscoll > Julie Tippett (Sunset Glow) > Rod Argent > Barbara Thompson (Ghosts) > Keith Tippett > Stan Tracey (one of the great unsung British jazz pianists) > Under Milk Wood

  • Wow! Sounds like I’m sitting in the nightclub listening to a live jam. Great stuff, bro.

  • This hits my spot. These guys must all be in their 70s or 80s by now, right? They sound fantastico.

  • My favorite musician as a kid
