Can an action or midi send be triggered from the sequencer in Loopy Pro

I'd like to trigger a step sequencer via midi send while playing back a recording I did in the Loopy Pro Sequencer, are there ways to add triggers for a midi send into a recorded sequence in Loopy Pro's Sequencer after I've recorded the sequence?

    typically, you would use a dummy clip with follow actions to do that
