Lodochka. Kind of idm I guess?
Hey hey, loooong time since I made anything, I’ve been really busy with work and family stuff, anyway finally managed to get something down… it’s not much, kind of drone ambient idm I think? My younger son (9) said it’s not music, just noise. So maybe it’s that! Clicks and beeps are courtesy of tahti, which is a really remarkable piece of software, and NoiseSpace, pads are from Blofeld and king of vhs and the “bass line” is from king of digital. Glitches from replicant 3 and Scatterbrain, and wonk from rymdigare and wires. All done in AUM.
Doesn’t really go anywhere. I might revisit it and add a breakbeat.
Thanks for listening, Dan

So far this is amazing, although I keep trying to give the piece a like and it says "The Caller Does Not Have Permission" error. My opinion, it doesn't need a breakbeat. It's perfect as-is. It's like a beautiful crossover of IDM and Ambient. Your younger son probably can't grasp this style of music yet, bless him.
Keep making more like this.
Thanks for listening and the kind words! I will much rather accept your review than youngling number 2, he is a bit trad in his musical taste!!! I will definitely play more with tahti, it’s excellent!
Thanks boss!!
Not a problem, mate. Yeah, my music tastes used to be far more trad in my 20s. In uni, I never could grasp the more abstract and experimental side of music. Art, yes, loved it and still do, but music? It was like "What is this?" But in my 30s, I grew to love that abstract/experimental side of music more, and in my 40s now I absolutely eat it up like bread, lol. So your track above is right in my particular alley.
Good you are back, I've been thinking like, where's 7🦧 at? Thought you might have joined the hysterical bunch over that thread being removed. Glad I was wrong. Been missing your "not music"😃
That video is a gem, took me a while before I understood it wasn't still images. Nice find.
Thanks so much!
) I'm still around, but just been so incredibly busy irl that I haven't had any chance to fiddle with my not music!
Thank you for listening/watching
