Baby Audio Transit Updated w New Preset Browser, Hurray!
I know there's old thread about this but, it deserved it's own. Finally I can buy Humanoid.
Thank you Caspar (@BabyAudio) for keeping your word!

Amazing! 👏
And proof I'm a man of my words (although, to often I get to eat them up🙃).

Hehe, squeaky wheel gets the grease, happy one of your fav apps is now even better! I’m unfamiliar with transit, what makes it great?
I suggest you check some videos over it. That's probably get you a better overview than I can give. Here's Andrew Huangs release video
The new preset browser is fantastic, but I’m most excited that @Pxlhg gets his wish.
In all honesty i was tired of hearing about it every time Baby Audio came up, but your perseverance really did get them to take notice eventually.
So thank you!
Pxlhg stubborn as a mule, for sure, but boy done good in this case haha, thnx for your perseverance Pxlhg, and thnx to Baby Audio for listening
I could watch hundreds of vids, just figured hearing from someone who has talked so fondly of the app even through frustration would have some choice insights. And as a newer forum member, I am fond of and respect your stances/opinions in a lotta posts.
But if it’s a bother, no worries 🤙
I would go so far as to say Transit is the finest multifx app on iOS.
It’s very simple to use and understand and can dial in some truly wild sounds for transitions or just be used for a palate of solid fx.
Turnado is the other one knob fx that is fantastic too and has a few extra tricks up its sleeve, but in comparison is harder to program.
Every. Single. Tune. I. Make. has Transit on it in some form or another.
@BabyAudio Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Glad to see some excitement!
Hope everyone enjoys
Thanks @Pxlhg , and sorry this took so long. We'll aim to be faster about our updates going forward. We're glad to see you back
Agreed on turnado, but man it can spit out some magic. Transit sounds right up my alley (watched a couple vids, seems like a more user friendly effectrix). Added to the wishlist! Thanks for the input
Opening this up for the first time in ages, I notice one big problem remains, unfortunately - the AUv3 is just not responsive enough to some touches. Often when I try to turn modules on or off in the Full View page, they just don’t respond and I need to bash away at the screen til I finally have success. Even with a pencil this is finicky. The touch zones for some UI elements must just be too small.
Hey @BabyAudio I just wanted to say that I love your plugins! BA-1 is my default synth when I’m not sure what kind of sound I want yet, Crystaline is on a bus in many of my tracks, Atoms is so often present in my dark ambient work, etc.
Thanks for bringing your plugins to iOS. It’s a joy to have you in our ecosystem.
Woohoo, this is fantastic news!
I too use Transit in everything.
The one and only thing I hated about this app is history; yay!
Great news
Thanks to all for your kind words and to @Tentype for the refreshing honesty. @Squishy sorry you took it as a bother, it wasn't. I just thought video would be better. Now, it's all been said I think.😃 I'm definitely going to do a preset pack with this in due time and share with y'all.
Looking forward to that!
Just bought it! Looking forward to try it tonight. I will watch some videos but if some of you guys have tips and tricks, I'd appreciate
Honestly, 99% of the time, I just turn the big knob. 😁
🤙
Always been of a fan of your presets since discovering iOS music rather recently. If I buy an app and I see there are Pxl or redsky presets i know I made the right choice.
I should be able to do that 😆
Okay, I love Transit. Doing transitions and creating tension/release always felt like a chore for me. Now I can concentrate on other parts while jamming. This is a gamechanger
@BabyAudio @tristan any chance to expose the Bars, Pendulum and Loop parameters? I would like to make a widget in Loopy Pro to control these on the fly. I'd understand if not possible, just asking
One thing with Transit that (almost*) no other multi-effect has is that almost (again) every separate effect module has it's own presets AND a randomiser feature. In the very first version on iOS and on Desktop you could also save your presets for these modules, but complaints about it being fiddly and small made BA remove the feature(?). It's no big deal really since they do get saved with the main preset BUT it would be cool if we could get that save feature back, at least for Delay, Reverb and the like which you tend to repeat usage of. @tristan
*I don't know of any but, I'm sure there is some.
Will note this down! Would likely have to come in a larger update if at all possible.
Will also note this down!
Thanks for the quick response, I appreciate it

Thank you Tristan, I just checked T2 on desktop and the save option for modules are still there so, hopefully we can get it back here as well. If not, no biggie imo. ☺️
