Logic woes - rendered audio changing pitch/tempo

This issue is both pre and post 2.2

I was getting so fed up with Logic hosted AUv3s losing state saves that I started to get into the habit of rendering parts to audio early on using Bounce in place. I've just loaded up a project that sounded fine when I shut it down to find all of my rendered audio messed up.
2 bar Amen Generator loops are now out of time, same for Cyclops bass loops. I haven't done anything different!
Same hardware plugged into iPad (a pair of headphones via a simple USB to headphone adapter. I haven't touched Stretch or Transpose either.
Any ideas?

Edit: forgot to mention; all instances of OneShot decided to completely disappear "Plug-in is not available". No I hadn't got round to saving the kits 😕

Koala was still available (how nice of it!) but failed to load the 'song'. Luckily I had saved this. It does this 50/50 when I load Logic.

Oh and Korg Miami tricks me into believing it's worked by displaying my saved preset but only actually plays but hitting +/- on the preset selector and then going back to the preset I want. It does this every time.

Thanks for listening. Make me want to give up TBH 😭

  • Do a full shutdown and restart. See if that fixes it.

This isn't specific Logic Pro advice since I don't use it, but sometimes these out of pitch / time things are sample rate related. A project started at 48 kHz, but rendered at 44.1 kHz or vice-versa.

Thanks, first thing I did 🙂

Yeah I wondered if it was something to do with the old 44.1 vs 48 issue.
