Quantize start in Live Loops

__ When using “quantize start “ in Live Loops on Logic Pro for iPad I notice that the number of bars selected in “Quantize Start “ does not always correlate to what is being output . In other words if I have it set at “4 bars “ it will often start playing in the middle of bar 4 vs the downbeat of bar 5. Thoughts ?
