@offbrands yes, just the pads for midi, no mononoke synth, just continua.
😀
Lovely…
I think the robustness of AUM has sold me on buying any and every app that looked like it might fit into a new
AUM experiment. But it also has stopped me from learning any of the dozen DAW’s and GrooveBoxes I bought
with the best intentions of breaking out of this AUM “DIT erector set playground. Still… a lot of music made with
almost no pain. I have to love that because most music creating has a lot of pain involved getting anything worthwhile.
I’m basically on the same page. I don’t want to break out of it, but mix in some others more often.
I really like how the Enoesque opening tone moves into its own unique character. The varying stack of effects on the same audio source is a great approach.
I should make more use of Mononoke.
I also am almost entirely AUM-based. I keep Cubasis around for rare eventual track finalizing, or to assemble variants on an AUM construct that, were I to load all its needed variations for a single long-form composition, would overload DSP. I abandoned Logic Pro. Really, the only other DAW-adjacent platform that has captured my attention and motivated me in quite a while is Grooverider 2. I have hopes for Loopy Pro 2, but we'll just have to see.
@GeoTony thank you!
@McD … thanks very much, I love AUM, but came from Logic Pro on a Mac, haven’t really gone back to it really, I use Audio Evolution for composition of longer pieces, but AUM is so much fu, and easy… I love apematrix too and Moebius lab for weirdness… we are spoilt really!
@Poppadocrock thanks, me too!
@garden thanks very much! Glad you enjoyed!
