Increase the length of Loops

Could someone kindly help me with my problem. Sure it must be a simple answer, but having trouble with it. So I have a 2 bar loop with a simple soft synth wav. I would like to increase the length of the loop to, well maybe 3 or 4 bars long, but not to increase the wav to that length, so the wav plays then leaves the space before repeating

    The Extend button in the clip detail window doubles the clip length by padding it with silence. The multiply clip action does the same when the pad with silence option is on.
