Send midi message on page load?

Is there a way to have Loopy Pro send a midi message when a page is loaded? I'd like to have it send a message to my midi footswitch to change to a specific page on the footswitch when the page is loaded in Loopy Pro.

Yes, I looked in the manual and searched online and couldn't figure this out. I'm probably missing something.

    Add actions to the Load Project global follow-action. You can reach it via the Control Settings panel
