Amplitude to cubasis background audio problems?.
How do you stop other audio recording in background when using amplitude to cubasis?
Comments
Could it be the irig?
What other audio are you talking about? Do you mean ambient noise in the room? Or do you mean something recorded on the iPad?
I dont have Amplitude but I did get the same problem with Stompbox and Jamup..when I plugged my guitar into iRig..I put Jamup into Effects slot in Audiobus and recorded into Cubasis, and got background noise..I got round this by putting Jamup in the input slot, same Stompbox..and got great clean direct sound..I think by selecting microphone as the input then jamup it recorded noise from elsewhere to...so try using Amplitude as the Input...I may be completly wrong..I often am.
The iRig has bleed through problems with Audiobus. It's a well known problem.
ahhh...that explains a lot..it however improve dramatically when I set jamup as the input..
Yes, it's a drag, I'm having the same problem. Any fix?
