Does NAVE Synth have MIDI IO for external controller?

Can you play NAVE with a controller? I can’t find MIDI connectivity anywhere.

I had to "release" it from fullscreen to get that top row of buttons to answer to touch.

  • Thanks @Pxlhg and @espiegel123 got it working. The actual issue was my keys being a few octaves too low to register 🤦‍♂️

This is a great synth though. I even got my wife to poke around on it and she’s never shown any interest in iOS music making or synth instruments. It’s not auv3 but I’m kind of enjoying that - it’s rare I like a plugin so much I use it in standalone but I’m exploring more sound design that way instead of messing with a 10 plugin long fx chain.

I think Nave is one of the best synths on iOS, pity it is still IAA, just one little tip, if you use it in a DAW, when you close the DAW make sure that you re-open Nave in stand-alone mode and then close it again, it has a very nasty habit of constantly running in the background and running the battery down.
