Alternatives to Wizibel in 2025? (Solution Found)

So, Wizibel was my go-to app for music visualization, but it seems no longer available on the Appstore. Wizibel was very simple and straightforward to use.

So I'm wondering what other generative video apps are out there. (By "generative", I do not mean AI.) Would something like Capcut or Canva work? Would Visual Synthesizer be a better alternative, or is it too complex? Or should I dig deeper into Lumafusion's library of video assets?

Note, it doesn't matter to me if an app requires a subscription or not. My aim is to find something simple enough to use to produce visuals for Youtube and Facebook reels. 😊

Staella, Vythm, Generate and WizzJ (Through Apple Music only) to mention a few. Sorry about the lack of links but I didn't find the energy to search first 😞😀

Edit: Spool and JamCam is also interesting options

  • VS from Imaginando.

He already mention that in his text.

  • @Pxlhg Not to worry. :) I was asking if VS was a decent alternative, and @Philandering_Bastard replied to confirm that basically. Some very good suggestions I will look into, thanks mate. :)

  • Vythm if you just want almost instantaneous vids - VS to be creative - jamcam if you want video processing of existing or shot footage

Thank you so much, mate. :) I think I'll try out Vythm first. Not a bad monthly sub at $10/month. Think I'll give that a go. Cheers. 🍻

  • I went with Lumafusion's Storyblocks in the end. Just simple to drag-and-drop into the video editor, put a title over it, and voila. Instant music reel.

However, I am pissed off. When I went to post the reel of my song "Inside Your Warm Embrace", UMG decided to put an automatic copyright claim on it! 😡 Of course I filed a dispute, because it is my song, not theirs. But I am livid. I was going to use Facebook for self promotion and open music commissions there. But I have the proof that I created that song in Auxy Studio...

So there goes that idea. 🙄

  • Bloody hell! Thanks for finding that mate. Well, seems to me I'll look for yet another app to use, lol. Lumafusion is the reason I got the Copyright Claim.

@jwmmakerofmusic did you see this in that thread? I wonder if that might work (if you have the LumaFusion app).

I think the subscription is amazing. I have a channel with over 7k subs that used to get 200k+ views a month and didn't have an issue after a good 100+ videos. You have to upload your video from the Luma Fusion app directly to YouTube. If you export it, and then upload it, you'll get a claim every time.

The reason is, it automatically puts your channel on the Story Block "Allow" list when you upload directly from the Luma Fusion app.

I didn't try uploading to Youtube yet, but that's a good thing you pointed out, mate. :) I guess I'll just avoid using Storyblocks though since I want to reach more people with my music, lol.

  • Right, so I attempted to upload a snippet to Facebook of my track "The Velvet Groove", and no copyright claims! The difference is...I used a plain black background and plain white text, no Storyblocks video assets in Lumafusion were used. So, Lumafusion just lost out on a monthly sub from me before my 3-day trial was up. What a bunch of bollocks. 😂
