    Well, I dunno. Monthly sub kind of makes sense for this kind of thing to me. I would only ever use it maybe a few times a year for kicks. I wouldn't turn on auto renew, but only dip in if I had a burning desire to go Japanese for a bit. I'd make a few things and then lose interest, probably indefinitely. You could generate a good pile of samples for later use over the course of a month.

    I'd see it like renting a power washer or other tool when needed.

    The $19.99 IAPs for the other voices are the trip up for me. I don't think I'd ever spring for them, but I bet I'd find some that I wish I had.

    Recent release? Updates seem to go back 9 years?

  • It’s been available in the Japanese store for a very long time. But hadn’t been available in UK last time I checked.
