AudioShare + AirPlay
Is it possible to direct AudioShare’s output to AirPlay? haven’t found a way. If not, what app do you all use to play local files over AirPlay that isn’t Apple Music?

At least under iOS26/iPadOS26 you can set the default audio output for any app using the control center.
I use FE File Explorer Pro. It includes a player that can play any files in its local storage. Also, the VLC app for iOS can play any file it can see. They both work over AirPlay; just a matter of selecting it in Control Center.
