Volume question
First question is :1) in the mixer section under output it gives the choice of 1+2 at the bottom and it is highlighted, then above that are individual boxes that are 1 and 2 that are not highlighted…. What do these indicate?…( my interface is a scarlet duo that just has 1out and 2 channel in)….
2) all the individual color loops have the same output setup ( 1+2 highlighted and individual 1and 2 not highlighted) …. My question is why does the volume playing out of the loop have less volume than what I monitored coming in before it was recorded? Is it possible to hear the same volume coming out of the recorded loop as I heard coming?
Comments
The 1 and 2 are the left and right output channels of the interface. If you disable 1+2 and enable 1, you'll get the left side. The same goes for inputs if the interface presents them that way.
The highlighting indicates which outputs are selected.
