IDAM (iPad connected to Mac) problems in Tahoe/ios26?

I Connect my iPad to my Mac via IDAM/usb-C
Normally it works flawless, but after an upgrade to Tahoe (newest version) and iPadOS 26.1, I can’t get any sound into the MAC.

The MAC recognises the iPad as a source, and I can select iPad as input in my DAWs…
But no sound. The midi works fine: Can play notes from the MaC to the iPad.
This is very frustrating- the iPad is an important piece of my system.

Has anybody the same issue?
Is it a well known bug? (Can’t find any info)
Is there any solution? (Privacy setting or some random permission)
Should I just wait for Apple to release a fix?

Any tips is highly recommended
Thanks
