Is there an app to slow down songs without altering pitch for learning assistance?
How can I slow a song down without changing the pitch so I can better pick out what is being played? Working on learning a few City and Color songs on acoustic without any tabs online.

There are several. I used to use Anytune Pro+.
Got Loopy Pro? That'll do it.
The Apple Voice Memos app can do some very basic slowing down.
I'm a fan of "use what you got". Cubasis 3 can load audio files, and you can stretch without altering pitch. 😎
I've always enjoyed this app, there's a free lite version too

Useful as a music production tool as well as for doing what you're looking for @FizzyLizzy27, the stretch algorithm is much better quality than some others I tried before
AnyTune Pro is awesome for slowing tunes down to learn them. It has great queuing and repeat and loop point set up with transcribing in mind
I asked a similar question recently and got a lot of answers, here:

Post that this one I picked up for 0.99 can’t recall if it was a sale or just a rec

This will do it, might be a bit overkill:

Tbh Paulstretch, from what I remember, is more a creative tool, I don't think it's a good choice at all for what the OP is asking for, ie. slowing music down to play along with it, while preserving the original sound. Am I wrong?
Good old VLC has playback speed control without pitch change. And you get it not just for iOS but almost any platform - often for free.

+1 for AudioStretch
I’ve used this app to slow down playing audio files without changing pitch to help me transcribe some solos. Grabbed it free when it was posted in the app sales thread one day. Its mainly a converter but lets you change the speed and pitch of playback while testing a file before converting. Handy converter.
