Dipped in and out, some great droning. I assume the last track and YT picture is a reference to the TMA in 2001 ?
Thank you so much for taking a dip, I hope the water was nice!
I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by TMA in 2001?
Though, as it happens, the last track "Monolito" which is Esperanto for "monolith" is what inspired the YT picture... which is the cover art of the album. It's a picture I found on the net searching for monoliths, then sending it through a water color painting filter.
Ah, okay, thanks this helps! Awesome!
Sorry I shouldn’t have used the TLA 😊
Just listening on YT. Wow superb job man. Feel like selling all my gear and just using an iPad!!

I finally finished the album on Youtube. What a monumental feat! No pun intended RE the cover art. 😊
I'm curious which apps you used in the making of this album. Which DAW/creative environment? Which synths/romplers? And which reverb(s)?
@colorsinspace Thank you for your feedback and for the subscribe!
Thank you @egobeats!
@offbrands Thank you so much for listening and your insightful feedback. Watson & Hyde happens to be a personal favorite of mine for the same reason you mention. It felt like the perfect track to plant in the middle of the album. It also ended up being to be the only 'warts and all' track in the family. While recording the performance, there are a small handful of pops and clicks from when I was tweaking the Cutoff filter knob. If I was more of a perfectionist, I would have had to re-record... but all in all the performance was right on and after listening I came to reason that this track is just fine, warts and all XD
I appreciate you checking out the presentation and my GitHub, it means a lot to me that you get where I'm coming from with the approach of sharing music.
@jwmmakerofmusic Thank you so much for giving it a listen. Also, your unintended pun makes me smile
I used AUM as the mixer/host for everything.
Main inter-app audio apps used:
Borderlands
Samplr
Xynthesizr
Shoom
Main Auv3 Synths used:
Sunrizer
Mononoke
AudioKit Pro: J6, Viral, King of FM, King of Digital
Primer 2
Bleass Monolit
Main Auv3s Effects used:
AudioDamage ChannelStrip
Neon Silicon LRC5
Infected Mushroom Wider
AudioModern Filterstep, Gatelab, Panflow
Reverbs+atmospheric tools: rymdigare, Xenoverb, FAC Alteza, Eventide Blackhole, Rack Reverb, PaulXStretch, Imaginando GRFX, Phonolyth Cascade, Velvet Machine
All tracks were recorded live in AUM as I was tweaking synth/effect knobs and sliders. I just used the AUM Piano Keyboard to play and hold out synth notes...I don't have a midi keyboard to hook up to the iPad yet. Some repetitive sequences were triggered by xynthesizr and melodybud. Because of occasional cpu maxing out limitations of my iPad 9th gen, for a couple tracks I would free up some cpu resources by recording while focusing on a single channel, then taking that channel's recording and having it playback with AUMs fileplayer for when I do the final recording of the main project's stereo out.
For the final EQing/mastering of tracks, I used my PC laptop with a wav editor called Ocenaudio.
That's awesome!
Thank you for the run down.
