    I’ve believed in this project since the early versions, thinking that as the revenue came in (and we’re talking about Roland here, for God's sake!), you would have drastically improved the app. Instead, you’ve done next to nothing. This is classic Roland: never listening to your customers and just doing whatever you feel like.

    I wonder if its a reactonary for Roland to uptake of the product? I do see your points, but I dont agree that its Classic Roland to never listen to its customers. While Roland are known for just ditching some products seemingly with little effort, they have also backed many product lines with many updates that customers wanted and some that surprised customers. Lines like the SP404mk2, TR8s and Jupiter X received some really top notch updates.

    I presume that if Roland dont update products, those updates desired or needed, may just be deemed non financially viable by Roland.

    Thats quite common to be honest. Even some of the best products ive owned, such as the Waldorf XTK and Andromeda had what could best be described as unfinished operating systems. Its annoying, but seemingly part of the way the market works...we are testers for products if we buy early.

    Dont get me wrong though, I agree with you and we have to keep pulling these companies up when they put out subpar products, or just seemingly give up on a products that they still sell.

    Interestingly, the history of Roland suggests that its this diversity of products that may have helped them survive when others have folded over the years.

    @Fruitbat1919 Well, I disagree. Zenbeats isn't freeware, so either keep it updated or stop selling it! Otherwise, you're just making fun of whoever buys it (plus, you can't even ask for a refund within 14 days, clever ones...). We're not talking about hardware, but software, so it's completely different. Furthermore, it gives you the option (obviously for a fee) to have all the sound packs, but if you install them all, the app crashes! Is that okay with you too??? I repeat, since we're not talking about a demo or freeware product, either fix it or remove it from the store! Like what happened with Nanostudio 2, when they saw they couldn't update it or add any more features, they put it on the App Store for free!
