Lumbeat drums -if I want a beat to have a second alternate chorus beat, how?
As we all know there are pretty much only two variations (outside of jamming) for a beat, the main beat and the second where a ride is added.
Is it possible to have a third variation? And if so , how does one achieve this and how is it saved?

If you don’t want to use jamming then you would create a new pattern.
Sorry, I should have written it better....I want to KEEP the jamming angle, I just want to add a third main beat variation, perhaps with a open HH instead of a ride, just an example.
I was thinking maybe the pads might be the way, but trying to then save those simply as a song reference is something I cannot see how to do.
The song mode actually requires you to record numbers of bars etc etc, all I want to do is, when I come across a beat that will work with a song, simply save that as a reference somewhere so I can load it again without need to search. I'd prefer to do that "in app" so to speak.
Pads is probably the direction you want to go.
Yeah, was thinking that...can you save a "set" of pads to a song, or to a User set or something like that?
You can save and recall livepad sets.
thank you
