Adverb2 by Audio Damage help, not saving settings? SOLVED

edited December 2025 in General App Discussion

Hey folks!

I am having an issue with this not saving its AUv3 settings when saving it in a project in my DAW, Zenbeats. Is anyone else using Adverb2 and can try? Maybe it’s just me…therefore I haven’t reached out to AD yet.

Thanks in advance!

    Thanks man!

    What host are you using?

  • I've tried with Zenbeats.
    I've just :

    • Created a new song
    • Created a new track
    • Inserted ADverb2 on that track
    • Changed the pre-delay time to 12.00
    • Saved the song
    • Closed Zenbeats
    • Opened Zenbeats
    • Opened another song
    • Then, re-opened the "test" song and the pre-delay in ADverb2 was (and still is) at 12.00 like expected 👍🏻
  • Thanks for thorough testing. I’ll try some stuff and see how it goes…

    Solved.

It was on me and Zenbeats. I didn’t notice that the internal preset selector in Adverb2 stayed on the chosen preset when saving, whereas Zenbeats own preset selector reverted to the first preset with every save. Bug in Zenbeats, reported.

    Thanks @Gratouilli!
