Woodman's Immaculate Maple Syrup Studio sale. Any noteworthy ones?
Woodscaper is one of the rare iOS apps that has a harmonic tremolo (the only other one I know of is IAA only). I love it just for that, sounds fannnntastic. I’m also able to get some cool Feel Like a Stranger/mutronIII sounds outta the wah section. I don’t use the chorus or phaser sections that much as I have better alternatives (FAC and RealPhase) imo, but I’m sure they sound good too.

it was $1.99 then and it’s gone up pretty much $1 every day since.. weird? I see the desktop plugin of it started out at $1 about a month ago and has done the same increase.. now at $29.. strange..

Took me some time the other day and finally learned this one and no regrets, it's a beast.
Has anyone tried this? Wondering if the audio chords detection is any good, might be useful post jam session to figure out just what the heck went on😅😂
I picked it up later that day on my iPad..
I tried it with my acoustic guitar in Open G tuning (outside on the deck with random birds chirping in the background) and it worked pretty well. I played each chord slowly to see how it would register.. because of the open tuning, there was 2 drone strings in every chord.. it was showing a couple different interpretations (possibly inversions) for a few chords.. once I plucked only the fingered notes, it was quite accurate.. basically spread triads..
I picked the home key and locked it.. got to a section where I went to the parallel minor and it was dead on with that.. switched the button to “Par” and understood what I was actually playing.. the center circle will always show you the chord that it hears at that moment.. sometimes that chord is outside the main key such as a borrowed chord from the parallel minor or a complete key change.. tapping on the buttons (Home, Rel, Sub, Par) can help you find where that odd chord fits or comes from..
Still trying to figure it out..
The whole reason I picked this up is to help me understand the chord progressions (chords + functions) that I’ve come up with when I’m playing my acoustic guitar in open + altered tunings which is pretty much all the time.. Am I repeating myself just using different tunings? Luckily, not the case so far..
For this reason alone, I find it very useful..
