effects over power guitar tone!!!
wondering why my guitar sound gets muffled and effects sound over power the guitar, could it be because my pickup on the guitar cant handle it or is iti something other setting im missing?
this video below, you can barely hear the guitar sound, only effects,
my guitar is Cordoba Fusion series exotic

Are the effects in the guitar chain or are you taking about effects separate to the guitar?
In the former case, adjust the wet/dry signal for the effects.
In the latter case you could turn down the effects to the level of the guitar.
If you want the guitar louder, post the hardware and software chain you’re using. There might be some things you can do to help.
Set up a second channel using the guitar as input and then you can mix the volumes to add just the amount of FX sound you want.
Alternatively, most FX apps have a wet/dry control so you can turn down the amount of the effect being injected into the signal.
Can you take a screenshot or screenshots of your expanded mixer so we can see every channel's routing and the effects.
That video doesn't give us enough to go on.

Does the loop you are playing sound like it sounded when you recorded it?
