Lk app : transfer or sharing preset problem

How can I transfer presets created on iPad to iPhone in LK Matrix? Or how can I share presets in general?

When I export to LK on my iPad, it gives me a file named ( Local.lbe ) but when I import it to my iPhone in Lk, the presets are not visible.
Is there anyone who can solve this problem? I sent an email to the LK support team but I did not receive a response.

    Hi. Have you tried "Sharing" the file to LK? Sometimes that works better than Importing from within the app. Also, you may need to force-quit LK and reload to see the new presets.

    Hi @uncledave thanks for help . lk is not included in the share list. I have 1.13.4 version . And I can’t ubdate it , because i have old ipadair2 . The support team is also unresponsive.

    @pejman I have just tested exporting and importing and everything went fine. After you import the bank, it creates a new bank, and you have to select it in order to see the patches. Is this new bank being added when you import it?

    No. I have 1.13.4 version. Are you talking about this version? I can’t ubdate it , because i have old ipadair2 . And new versions doesn’t support old devices.

    Ahh, that's the reason. It seems there was a problem with bank import/export which was fixed in version 1.13.10
