Anyone know if I can use a Helix external pedal with Loopy Pro in similar fashion to AuV3 effects
I'm considering purchasing a Helix foot pedal to use for guitar effects along with Loopy Pro and will likely just have the Helix inline from my guitar to my USB Audio device (currently a Focusrite 2i2 4th gen), so the effects are recorded in the audio clips, but here's my question...
If instead, I want to use the Helix like I use my AuV3 effects in Loopy Pro and be able to record the guitar clean but add/mix'n'match the Helix effects to the recorded channel's content after the fact and have the Helix and its patches behave like I'm currently using my AuV3 effects (in a color channel or bus in Loopy Pro, where I can add/remove them and turn them on and off within the channel and/or turn routing on/off to the bus), is there a way to set this up in Loopy Pro while using the external Helix, as well?
Seems like I may also need a USB audio device with more ins and outs to do this kind of thing and I'm open to upgrading from my current unit, as well
Thanks
