iConnectivity AUDIO4C with Mac & iPad questions

Is anyone using the iConnectivity AUDIO4C with both an iPad and a Mac?
I’d like to know if both devices can access all of the AUDIO4C’s inputs and outputs simultaneously, unlike an OTG connection, which only provides 2 outputs and doesn’t transmit MIDI.
Also, some latency specs and Mic preamp feedback, if possible.
